“Light of Gratitude”

We do not live of our own accord.
We are being kept alive.
We can only live if life is continuously given to us.
But we often forget this truth.

Without the sun,
Without the earth,
Without air,
Without water,
Without plants and animals,
We would not be able to sustain life.

In other words, we cannot train our souls.

We find meaning in all things in this world,
Both visible and invisible,
And offer heartfelt gratitude.
Everything is a gift from the divine.

The growth of the soul relies on the existence of others,
Enabling us to recognize who we are.
We cannot engage in spiritual practice alone.

Parents, siblings, friends, teachers, colleagues, superiors,
Relatives, neighbors, and those who provide our essentials.
We should be thankful to all the people in our lives,
Whether directly or indirectly.
Let us say “thank you” with our hearts and words.

When we say “thank you”,
We create a warm and harmonious world,
A society woven from the light of gratitude.
That is what we call utopia.
