Especially for children, it is a season of adventure
Each one dreams of their summer vacation
What kind of memories will be woven, I wonder

Being young is a treasure in itself, but
One may lose confidence under the pressure of exams
Or have their spirit worn down by intense club activities
Youth also comes with emotional fragility
Yet youth is given the gift of time

When you feel stuck or troubled in studies or activities
Do not shrink back or deny yourself
Instead, build the habit of steadily carrying on
This is the secret to using time well in hard times

Do not brood! Do not cry!
Let your heart and body be free under the summer sun!
A negative mind steals your youthful energy

特に子ども達にとっては冒険の季節
それぞれが夏休みに思いを馳せる
どんな思い出が紡がれるのだろうか

若いということはそれ自体が財産だが
受験勉強に追い込まれ自信を失くしたり
部活の猛練習に気力を削がれることもある
若いということは心の脆弱さも伴う
しかし若さには時間が与えられている

勉強や部活が行き詰まったり悩んだ時は
弱腰や逃腰で自己否定するのではなく
淡々とこなす習慣を身つける
苦しい時の時間の使い方の極意だ
