429Fact and Truth

“Fact and Truth”

In the eyes of the bee, there is a flower
It flies toward it because there is nectar
That is a fact
Beyond the flower, there is a bee
The flower desires the bee to carry its pollen
That is a fact

However, the truth is different
There is a bee, and opposite it, a flower
Each has its own intentions
Each seeks its own satisfaction
That is the truth

Conflicts and disputes in human relationships
As well as problems, conflicts, and wars in international society
All stem from differences in the recognition of fact and truth

Facts are phenomena of subjective perception
While truth is a phenomenon of objective recognition
In other words, facts are left to individual perception
And contain the possibility of self-justification
Truth also contains the subjectivity of the observer

Both facts and truth
Are shared through words and text
However, there is nothing absolute in words or text
Because they are adorned to suit one’s own convenience
If one seeks something absolute, it is action
Action speaks for everything

If you wish to know a person’s true nature
Observe their actions rather than their words
Because every action has a purpose
The law of cause and effect reveals everything
