Do not tell lies.
Live honestly with a sincere heart.
Be tolerant of others and strict with yourself.

ダイヤモンドの原石は
磨けば磨くほど輝きを増す
その輝きは高貴で崇高だ
心は人の魂の中心部にあり
神仏と同じ性質を持つという
それは正にダイヤモンドである
心も磨くほどに輝きを増す
人の魂がこの世に生まれるのは
心を磨くとういう目的があるからだ
この世は玉石混交の世界
何が正しくて何が間違っているのか
容易に判断できない時もある
迷いや葛藤が心を苦しめるだろう
それこそが心を磨く砥石となる
嘘をつくなかれ
誠の心で正直に生きよ
他者には寛容で己には厳しくあれ
間違いを犯したら反省せよ
それが心に曇りをつくらない生き方
己の心は己で磨き続けるのだ
