「大きな心、小さな歓び」
心とは器のようなもの
小さなことに捉われると小さくなり
近視眼的で短絡的な心になってしまう
見ているようで何も見えていない
本来、心は大きくて清らかだ
人生に大きな壁が現れたり
思いもよらぬ大問題が起きたときは
こんなはずじゃないと煩わないことだ
ついに来たかとすべてを受け入れる
否定する心を止めることだ
その瞬間に心は大きくなっている
悪い出来事ほど心の糧は大きい
大きな獲物を捕まえたようなものだ
悪事の時でも嬉しいことはある
その小さな好事を見逃さない
心に余裕があるから見えるのだ
大きな心に小さな歓び
人生の隅から隅までを楽しむことだ
