“Every Day Is a Good Day”
Oh my God!
Today sucks!
Inevitably, there will be days in life when you feel like that.
We become depressed and self-denigrating,
We feel like a prisoner of our own misery.
But let’s reconsider this for a moment.
Is this a message?
Or is it a suggestion?
The events of today,
They are the result of our own thoughts and actions.
There is always cause and effect at work.
When reflecting on today’s events,
Consider them without emotions,
But with thoughts.
Isn’t that what it means to grow up?
Each day is a chance to study.
Each day offers a collection of problems.
If you think that way, there is no need to be discouraged.
You may not get an answer,
But that’s okay.
The goal is to find the cause and effect.
If you face your life head-on,
Your mind will naturally grow.
Then every day will be a good day.

何てこった！
今日は最悪だぁ！
人生には、きっとそんな日がある
落ち込んだり自己否定したり
不幸の虜になる
しかし、ちょっと考え直そう
これって何かのメッセージ？
それとも何かの暗示？
今日の出来事は
自分の考えや行動が招いた結果
そこには必ず因果が働いている
今日の出来事から見える真実を
感情に振り回されず思い巡らす
人が成長するとは
そいうことではないのか
一日一日が是勉強
一日一日が是問題集
そう考えれば落ち込む必要などない
答えは出ないかもしれない
でもそれでいい
目的は因果を見極めること
自分の人生と正面から向き合えば
おのずと心は成長へ向かう
さすれば日々是好日だ
