“Unwavering Conviction”
Life is a series of challenges.
With no time to sit idle,
You wonder if you aren’t wasting
The precious resource of time.
Yet it is a steep climb indeed.
Doubts, troubles, uncertainties creep in,
And test your will.
How real is that resolve? How badly do you want it?
A dragonfly can fly only straight ahead.
Looking for food, it flits ever forward.
If it gets tired, it rests quietly for a time,
And then resumes its ever-forward flight.
An unwavering conviction means
Never fearing,
Never retreating,
Never giving up.
From that comes accomplishment.

人生はチャレンジの連続
座している暇などない
時間こそ与えられた財産
無駄に使ってはいないか
されど、その道は険しい
時に戸惑い、悩み、躊躇する
そんな時、貴方は試される
その覚悟は本物であったかと
とんぼは前にしか飛べない
餌を求めて前へ前へと進むだけ
疲れた時は、ただ静かに休む
そして、また前に向かって飛翔する
不退転の覚悟とは
決して恐れない
決して退却しない
決して諦めない
そして事は成就する
