“Forewarned is Forearmed”
Japan was able to maintain peace for 77 years after the war.
It did not do this by itself.
It was made possible by the shield of the Japan-U.S. Security Treaty.
Some make a bold claim about what provides post-war Japan safety.
They believe Article 9 of the Japanese Constitution provides this protection.
This is an unrealistic and foolish notion.
Over the past 77 years,
The situation in neighboring countries has changed drastically.
North Korea now possesses nuclear-capable missiles,
And constantly conducts missile tests in the Sea of Japan.
China spends more than 26 trillion yen on defense.
Not only to strengthen its land, sea, and air forces,
But is rushing to develop powerful weapons, even ones for use in space.
Russia has launched a military invasion of Ukraine,
The war is ongoing.
Peace is maintained through careful diplomatic efforts.
Only when the balance is ensured by military force can this be achieved.
However, the Japanese government seems to lack the will to do so.
If nothing is done, Japan will be stuck in a siege,
surrounded by China, North Korea, and Russia.
The U.S. will not always be willing to help.
In the words of Confucius, “forewarned is forearmed.”
It is during times of peace that one must prepare for the enemy.
Peace cannot be maintained by politics filled with lies and deceit.
Be prepared.
Now is the time for politicians to govern with the will of the samurai.
「治に居て乱を忘れず」
戦後77年日本は平和を維持できた
それは自力でできたのではない
日米安保という盾に依るものだ
戦後の日本は憲法第９条により
国が守られたと宣う者がいるが
現実離れした愚かな考えだ
この77年という時間の流れの中で
周辺国の状況は大きく変化した
北朝鮮は核搭載ミサイルを持つに至り
恒常的に日本海でミサイル実験をしている
中国は26兆円以上の国防予算を使い
陸海空戦力の強化はもちろん
宇宙にまで強力な兵器開発を急いでいる
なんとロシアはウクライナに軍事侵攻し
現在進行形で戦争が続いている
平和は正しい外交努力と
武力による均衡が保たれてこそ成り立つ
しかし日本政府にその意志があるとは思えない
今のままでは中国 北朝鮮 ロシア包囲網で
日本は身動きの取れない状況になるだろう
米国が必ず助けてくれるとは限らないのだ
「治に居て乱を忘れず」孔子の言葉だ
平和な時こそ敵に備えねばならない
嘘と欺瞞に満ちた政治で平和は保てない
覚悟せよ！
政治家は侍の志で政をやる時代なのだ
