My heart is filled with light
It bears no ill intent
Nor concerns about the past
My heart is touched by beauty
It loves all living things
With sincere admiration
Delusion and attachment vanish
No bitterness remains
My spirit has been set free
Being honest in life is the cause
Of many conflicts but provides
A wealth of lessons to be learned
We try to do our best
With the time that we are given
But in death, we release everything
Successes and failures:
Embrace both alike
Allow yourself forgiveness
And your heart will find peace

心は光に満たされている
自他を害する気持ちもなく
過去を煩うこともない
美しいものに素直に感動し
生きとし生けるものへ
慈愛の念をたむける
煩悩や執着は消え去り
何ひとつわだかまりがない
心は完全に解放されている
真剣に生きるということは
あらゆる葛藤を生むが
それは学びの宝庫となる
与えられた時間の中で
最大限の最善を尽くし続ける
しかし人生の終には全て手放す
出来たこと出来なかったこと
あったとしても自分を許す
自分を許すのは自分自身
そこに心の平安は訪れる
